Return Your MiKai Containers For Reuse!

1.) Stockpile!

Save up several containers before returning them. This will lower the shipping costs you pay per container and will also significantly decrease the carbon footprint of the return.

2.) Clean Your Containers!

Please only send back clean containers. Peel the label off the lid and wipe any remaining product out of your container. Wash with hot soapy water and dry completely before returning.

3.) Prepare for Transit

We highly encourage you to save the box and shipping materials we sent your product to you in and use these to send the containers back. Wrap each of the containers to ensure they are not damaged during transit. The most eco-friendly packaging option is the packaging you already have. If you no longer have the box/materials from us, that's okay! Use what you've got on hand to protect and mail your order back to us.

***We will do everything we can to use the items shipped back to us however, if the containers are dented we are unable to refill them and will recycle them.***

Why is it important to return my container?

We understand that returning your containers requires your time, effort, and some money (shipping costs). Returning your container is so important because not only does it prevent extra waste, it also prevents the creation of new virgin materials. When we are able to reuse containers, that is one less container we have to buy brand new.
